How To Install an “Under Construction” Tumblr Theme

Sometimes you just want to test your new theme or if you are making some changes to it, you might just want to do it in another secondary blog.

However, there’s an “under construction” tumblr theme available that still let your followers visit your archive and see your updates while you have your layout offline.

Follow the tutorial below to learn how to install it.

How To Install a Tumblr “Under Contruction” Theme.

1. Go To Customize Theme >> Edit HTML and remove the entire theme code, (you can save it in a notepad just as a backup)
2. Now go here and copy the “under construction” theme code.
3. Paste the code in the now empty html edition screen and update preview >> Save Close
4. You can actually change the text that says “Under Construction”. Don’t worry! You can find my posts in my archive or just follow me for my updates. By searching for the words with ctlr+f in your tumblr edit html screen.
