Hide Reblogs on Tumblr
This Tumblr Tip is only for selfish ones. If you want to hide the reblog credit from people visiting your site, so they don’t find out where do you get the picture, you mainly have 2 methods. One of them is plainly simply copy and paste the post, whether it is text or images and create a new post on your tumblelog. The second one, if you insist in hitting the reblog button but want to hide the credit from being seeing, there are two basic steps that must be taken into account.
How To Hide Tumblr Reblog Credit from Your Visitors.
- Each time you are in the reblog edition screen, scroll down to the caption screen and delete everything that is there.
- Second, go to Customize >>> Theme >>> Custom html and look for any tags that contain Reblog, whithin them. Here you will find the full list of Reblog tags that can be inserted in a theme’s html.
Your dashboard will keep showing where you reblogged this from, and also all your followers will see it their dashboards as well. So if you want to completely hide your reblog credits, just copy and paste the material, is really that simple.
